Advanced Session Registration: Sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Register in advance for individual workshop, panel and presentation sessions now through Friday, June 5th. Review the Session Descriptions (PDF: 1.88MB) and identify your top three (3) choices for each session block in the Session Registration form (Excel: 29KB). Email k12workshop@asee.org with Session Registration form (Excel: 29KB) attached by Friday, June 5th.
Session Registration
- Sessions labeled as "Part 1" or "Part 2" are a package deal - you can't have one without the other. If you select Part 1 of a particular session, you must select Part 2 of the same session AND they must be in the same order of preference.
- If your Part 1 and Part 2 selections do not match and/or are not in the same order of preference, we will record your preferences based on your selections in session Block A.
- Name your excel file as '[first initial, last name] K12 Workshop Session Registration' > e.g., SMurray K12 Workshop Session Registration. The most important thing is that your last name appears in the file name.

On-site Registration
While we strongly encourage you to register in advance to expedite the check-in process, you may register on-site. For registration after June 3, 2009, download the On-site Registration form and bring it to the registration area on Saturday.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, please notify Samantha Murray, K-12 Coordinator, at k12workshop@asee.org. K-12 teachers should do so as early as possible.
All other attendees should do so before May 29, 2009 and may incur a cancellation processing fee, not to exceed the registration fee. Refunds will not be made for no-shows or for requests received after the close of registration.

Important Note
Registration for the K-12 Workshop on June 13, 2009 does not constitute registration for the ASEE Annual Conference & Exposition, June 14-17, 2009 - and vice versa. The two registration systems are separate. To register for the 2009 ASEE Annual Conference & Exposition, click here.
